Proud to vote in favor of @RepMikeCarey’s legislation to overturn the IRS Broker Rule. This rule required cryptocurrency brokers to report details about Americans’ crypto actions to the IRS. The Biden Administration used this rule to infringe on Americans’ privacy rights and stifle innovation. We must always protect taxpayers and businesses from burdensome rules and regulations.
